Quipasur Agronutrients

NitraComp25® is a concentrated, soluble solution of modified amino methylene ureas, produced by stable chemical reactions between concentrated urea and methyl formaldehyde.

The resulting resin is 100% water soluble, allowing for the immediate release and assimilation of 70% of the available nitrogen, with the remaining 30% acting as a controlled release with a long-lasting effect (3 to 4 weeks). It is specially formulated to promote vegetative development in growth stages with high and prolonged nitrogen demand.

Nitrofert® 35-0-0 is a slow-release liquid nitrogen fertilizer designed to withstand low temperatures. It provides a constant supply of nitrogen through its polymer chains and the action of soil enzymes, closely following the crop's nitrogen demand. It provides low-leaching nutrition with high yields, as it improves nitrogen use efficiency, thus allowing for lower application rates while maintaining and even increasing crop yields.

Production of ammonium nitrate solutions and fertilizer additives, production of silicates.

Quipasur has the technical capacity to develop, formulate, and produce all types of agronutrients. We have 20,000 m² of installed capacity to manufacture the products.

NPK

We have the expertise to produce liquid blends based on different raw materials, depending on our customers' needs. For NPK blends, we have several sources of nitrogen and are certified to handle ammonium nitrate. We tailor our products to specific requirements, for which we have reactors of different sizes and configurations.

Ammonium Nitrate

Quipasur generates ammonium nitrate solutions from prill product, which ensures that the final product has 50% nitric nitrogen and 50% ammoniacal nitrogen. Our base product has at least 34% nitrogen.

Urea

We have the capacity to make mixtures with urea, as well as generate UAN32. We have two tanks with a capacity of 65,000 liters each for storage, and a 200,000-liter flexitank.

Silicon Solutions

We have sodium and potassium silicates with various sources of silicon and potassium.
