Foundries such as Chilca, Callao, and Consorcio, among others, are now increasingly using the various supplies offered by Quipasur on a daily basis.

To this end, Quipasur consistently supports its customers through sales and technical visits, developing proposals and monitoring every stage of the process to ensure maximum product efficiency.

Currently, Quipasur supplies our sister country with products such as exothermic sleeves, FeMo, resins (phenolic and furan), exothermic powders, and paints, among others, and has quickly earned the trust of major foundries.

Netminder is a water-based silicone coating designed for use on bags, ropes, nets, cages, and buoys. Netminder protects substrates from UV degradation and prevents biofouling. Netminder is a non-toxic product that is safe for the environment.

To celebrate Elecmetal’s 100-year history, Diario Financiero published a special edition honoring the visionary entrepreneurs who founded the company using the most advanced technology available in the world at that time. Quipasur was invited to join Diario Financiero in this celebration.

In order to enhance the feeding system of an upright, Quipasur designed a Pre-Molded Pad whose design and formulation allow to technically overcome the problems described above, increasing the performance of the sleeve system - exothermic coating, which today has been patented worldwide.

The HCP Exothermic Pad can be used on all types of steel alloys and white cast iron and is compatible with exothermic and insulating sleeves.
